well..tdy morn found out that bd mates confirmed with audrey lai that no bd lesson today..
cause of the 'field assignment' the head count thing...but it just seems we din reach that far n it is dumb to take it now..
anw..enuff of dumbo bd..

ran 6rounds of track at around 1pm + ~with darlin dear and yi le ~
the sun is juz nice on top and draining the water out of the body ...
so tired lar..run the 5th round like dying..
too long no run le.. but still we all made it!!!
